Supervisor from Our Pool, Records by AI

Your supervisor from our pool, your records by AI

Get matched with the best-fit supervisor from 30+ BCBA and QBA professionals, while an AI system systematically manages your practicum logs and monthly reports.

What is supervision?

Earning your QBA, QASP-S, or ABAT credential requires supervision — under QABA rules, 5% of your fieldwork hours must be supervision. It isn't a lecture series; it's time to build real practical skills with an expert, using the actual cases you handle.

What your supervisor does with you

Hands-on case guidance

Analyze the children and clients you currently work with, with concrete advice on where to take your intervention.

FBA & BIP writing support

Build everything from functional assessments to behavior intervention plans, step by step.

Data-based decision making

Interpret measurements and graphs together, and learn to judge whether an intervention is working.

Parent & teacher consultation coaching

Prepare to run parent and teacher consultations smoothly with coaching guidance and hands-on practice.

Ethics & professionalism coaching

Work through QABA ethics standards and real-world dilemmas together.

Exam & credential readiness

Connect coursework theory to real practice, preparing for the exam and the field at once.

And more — many other competencies essential to an ABA professional are included as well.

It's an important process for developing your own direction as an ABA professional.

Individual vs Cohort

Choose the format that fits you

SpectrumHub supervision runs in two formats: individual supervision at your own pace, or a cohort program where you finish in the shortest time alongside your peers.

4 strengths of the cohort program

Fastest focused progress

Fill up to 7 hours of individual + group supervision every month to meet your requirements the fastest.

A group chat to study together

SpectrumHub staff, your supervisor, and peers gather in one chat for real-time Q&A and information, going all the way together.

Learn from diverse real cases

Because it runs as a group, you learn from the diverse real-world cases your peers encounter.

Discounted supervision fee

Supervision costs less than going individual-only, for savings of up to ₩2M in value.

참고 — If you've already completed coursework elsewhere, you can join the cohort on the 'supervision-only' track.

⚠️ 유의사항 — Once a cohort starts, it runs at the maximum monthly hours through completion, without schedule adjustments. It's recommended for those who can participate consistently.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Who can receive supervision?

Anyone working toward a QBA or QASP-S credential — whether taking coursework concurrently or having already completed it — can receive supervision.

  • How are supervisors matched?

We match you with the best-fit supervisor based on the information you provide when applying (your current work setting, areas of interest, schedule, etc.).

  • How are supervision sessions conducted?

Per QABA rules, sessions are held via synchronous video meetings (HIPAA-compliant: Zoom or Google Meet), and you must fill 5% of your fieldwork hours. Group supervision is partly accepted as well.

  • What role does AI play in supervision?

AI does not replace supervision. It only assists with writing practicum logs and compiling monthly reports. Final responsibility and signatures for all records rest with the supervisee and supervisor themselves. Supervision is always conducted directly by a professional supervisor; AI never replaces human judgment.

  • How much does it cost?

It depends on the number of supervision hours and the format (individual or group). We'll guide you in detail via a KakaoTalk consultation.
