Terms of Service

1. Purpose
These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using SpectrumHub's Fieldwork System and related services ('the Service'), and the rights and obligations of the Company and users.
2. Definitions
'User' means a member who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service. 'Fieldwork log' means daily practicum/supervision data recorded by the user. 'Supervisor' means the person whose name is recorded for a supervision entry.
3. Effect and Changes
These Terms take effect when posted in the Service. The Company may amend them within the limits of applicable law, with at least 7 days' prior notice.
4. Registration and Account
Users register via Google (OAuth) and must consent to the collection and use of personal information. Users are responsible for their accounts and may not transfer or lend them.
5. The Service
The Company provides fieldwork logging and aggregation, progress display, monthly reporting assistance, and exam study support, and may improve or modify these features.
6. User Obligations
Users must not impersonate others, enter false information, disrupt the Service, or violate applicable laws or these Terms.
7. Disclaimer and Credentialing Notice
Logs, reports, and export files generated by the Service are personal administrative tools and are NOT accepted as official credentialing evidence.
Official evidence is limited to forms issued by certification bodies such as QABA, signed and retained directly by the parties. The Service does not provide electronic signatures or official forms.
The Company is not liable for damages arising from causes beyond its control, including force majeure, user fault, or third-party service (auth/hosting) failures.
8. Content and IP
Rights to logs entered by users belong to the users; the Company uses them only to provide the Service. IP rights in the Service's screens, design, and content belong to the Company.
9. Restriction and Termination
Users may request withdrawal at any time, in which case data is handled per the Privacy Policy. The Company may restrict use if a user violates these Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, with jurisdiction determined by the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
